Description	Mount Saint Vincent University invites bids from qualified General Contractors on an energy upgrade project described as: DESCRIPTION OF WORK INCLUDED .1 The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete renovations to the building as follows: .1 Assisi Hall air handling unit replacement. Building Automation Control System supplied and installed by Siemens Building Technologies. .2 Installation of dampers, in various buildings on campus, supplied and wired by others. Coordinate with Siemens Building Technologies. .3 Remove and relocate air conditioning unit from Evaristus 401 to Art Gallery storage. .4 Remove and replace two water-cooled air conditioning condensers with air-cooled model. .5 Coordinate with Siemens Building Technologies on the installation of two kitchen demand ventilation control systems. .6 Convert two water-cooled walk-in refrigeration units to air-cooled model. .7 Modify ductwork in various buildings on campus.
