2. SITE VISIT
A mandatory site visit has been scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Atlantic Time, on Monday, February 22, 2010 at the 1360 Barrington Street, B. Building parking lot (meeting point beside padmount transformer), Halifax, NS. It is mandatory that Bidders attend this visit. Bidders unable to attend this visit will be disqualified from submitting a Tender.
3. CONTRACT SECURITY
Bonding as described in Section 00100 “Instructions to Bidders”, Section 14 Tender Enclosures/ Requirements.
4. INSURANCE/WCB and SAFETY CERTIFICATES:
CCDC Document 2 - 2008 G.C.11 – Insurance and Supplementary Conditions 00710. Enclose with Bid submission, proof of Insurance coverage, WCB and Safety Certificates as per the requirements of Section 00100 “Instructions to Bidders”, Section 14 Tender Enclosures/Requirements.
5. ADDENDA
All addenda (attachments not necessary), must be signed and submitted with the Tender. Signed addenda submitted by facsimile or electronic communication will not be accepted. |
