ISI provides administrative support services to Novanet Inc.
Novanet is a consortium of Nova Scotia libraries whose purpose is to enhance access to information and knowledge through cooperation among the member institutions for the benefit of their user communities.
Novanet is a leader in Canada as a library consortium sharing a single bibliographic database of their holdings. The consortium owns and operates an integrated automated library system with a database of over 1.5 million bibliographic titles. The online public catalogue is accessible worldwide on the Internet by visiting aleph1.novanet.ns.ca.
The members of Novanet include Atlantic School of Theology, Cape Breton University, Dalhousie University, Mount Saint Vincent University, Nova Scotia Agricultural College, NSCAD University, Nova Scotia Community College, Saint Mary's University, St. Francis Xavier University, and University of King's College.
